Admissions and Open Events

Brymore is unique and we love to show people the quality of our facilities and the family atmosphere that we work hard to create.

Brymore's success over the years has meant that we are often over subscribed for entry into Year 7.  We would strongly recommend, for those who are keen to apply, to attend either our Open Day in June or one of our Open Mornings in the Autumn (see below).

If you are looking to change schools mid-year, please contact Admissions admissions@brymoreacademy.co.uk or call 01278 652369 (select option 1) to discuss further, to see if spaces are available and the process involved.

Open Events

We do not have Open Evenings like other schools, as we prefer you to see us functioning on a normal day, where you will get a chance to see lessons and talk to the boys themselves.

Our Open Day on the last Saturday in June, is known throughout Somerset as we combine it with a country fair.  With around 5,000 visitors, we are proud to show off what Brymore does best, alongside some of our local producers.

We hold Open Mornings for prospective students in the Autumn before starting secondary – information will be available on the website and through our social media and marketing.

I look forward to welcoming you and your son to Brymore.
